The B.SMART MC Box with B.SMART APP & cloud-based software transform the fuel management system industry with a powerhouse platform that is simple to set up, user-friendly and still cost-effective. The driver’s smart phone is used to access the B.SMART and doubles as a transfer device, sending transactions to the B.SMART cloud seamlessly. An optional keypad PIN entry or i-button authentication is available for drivers who choose to not use personal smart phone. Local software is no longer needed with the cloud-based Web APP software, which drastically reduces installation headaches & hassle-ridden network failures. And, it eliminates the need for IT installation assistance and PC admin access.

How does it work?
Drivers can access the B.SMART MC Box via Bluetooth on the B.SMART phone App, PIN on the keypad or yellow user i-button (fob). Once a fuel transaction is complete, it will be downloaded to the phone App and uploaded to the B.SMART Cloud once the smart phone makes an internet connection. Any transactions initiated via PIN or i-button are saved on the box until a B.SMART phone App user connects to the box and downloads them.
No internet? No problem! The driver's smart phone will save the transaction(s) on the back end of the B.SMART App until the phone makes a WIFI or cellular connection.

No need for software to be installed on a PC: B.SMART works on the free Cloud and allows you to monitor all fuel transactions remotely, from any site where MCBOX B.SMART is installed.
Communication between MCBOX B.SMART, Phone App and Cloud Software is simple.
When the driver opens the B.SMART App from his Android or iOS device, the smartphone or tablet automatically connects to MCBOX B.SMART to authorize refueling.
During the refill, the driver can keep track of the quantity dispensed on his device and once finished, he can view a virtual receipt, which will also be sent the Cloud Software once his smart phone is connected to the internet.
At the same time the fleet manager can, from the simple graphic interface of the Cloud Software, manage and monitor all transactions and fuel deliveries with ease.
